TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT: 50% due upon placing order- balance plus shipping charged upon shipping.

APPROVAL: Order will be processed upon receipt of approval and 50% deposit. 

CHANGE FEE: Changes to measurements after approval will incur a $45 change fee per change for Wood panels and $65 for Metal panels, plus $75/hr. art time if applicable.

ARTWORK CHARGES: Patterns will be sized at standard size. Scaling UP incurs no charge. Scaling DOWN more than 10% incurs additional charges. Artwork adjustments beyond one time will be charged at $75/hr.

LEAD TIME: Begins after deposit and measurements are received, based on work load & order size.

SHIP DATE: Ship Date is date item ships, NOT the Delivery Date. Contact us for the estimated delivery date, to expedite, or to let us know of time constraints.

INSTALLATION: Please note that hardware and installation are the responsibility of the installer.

PRICE: Good for 90 days from Quote date.
